Assistant Manager - Corporate Client Services (2-3 yrs)
Role - Assistant Manager, Client Services
Job Role - The key areas of responsibilities are as follows :
- Providing support to branches to enable them to deliver service delight
- Resolving issues faced by branches
- Monitoring timely resolution of investor requests, queries and complaints
- Analysis of complaints and queries
- Reviewing processes for control, simplification and efficiency
Knowledge & Essential Skills :
- 2-3 years of Branch coordination experience
- NISM VA certified
- Knowledge of SEBI regulations and AMFI guidelines
- Proficiency at MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
