Assistant Manager - Content & Community - Telecom (2-5 yrs)
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
- Plan and execute content and social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and other stakeholders
- Align, communicate, and govern content creation and content improvement strategy with all internal partners including product teams, ecommerce team, marketing team
- Strategizing and improving content delivery and promotion
- Create scalable frameworks for managing community content and social media.
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams
- Collect, monitor and analyze social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly
- Continually research and assess the competitive landscape, trends and customer needs to improve the effectiveness of content
- Ensure that communication and social media campaigns align with marketing strategies
