Hiring Assistant Manager Sales for the Conference Division for Hyderabad and Bangalore

Responsibilities :

Sales :

- Conduct extensive market research to assess the potential for MICE events

- Analyze existing events that take pl ace cyclically.

- Formulate market penetration strategy by communicating with various potential clients and understand the needs of different types of clients.

- Plan and manage all sales visits to companies of a particular sector

- Remain proactive and responsive to prospective clients

- Be responsible for delivery of client proposals, contracts, budgets and any further documentation

- Ensure that all business opportunities are captured and explored

- Understand the capability of Delivery team, identify the skill gaps and qualify the leads.

- Maintain database of clients past and current

Competencies required :

- Demonstrates high level communication skills (includes interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, presentation

- and representation) with particular ability to articulate concepts/ideas in English and Hindi.

- Ability to monitor and drive own performance including: implementation of initiatives/strategies and action plans to ensure successful achievement of agreed outcomes.

- Identification of opportunities within the market, and the ability to optimize those opportunities

- 3-5 years of experience preferably in hospitality and MC&E industry
