Assistant Manager - Client Servicing - Event Management Firm (2-5 yrs)
Looking for Candidate from event Management Background.
Job Location : New BEL Road, Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities :
- Retain and build great Client relationship
- Grow & explore scope of business with clients
- Translate brief to both Strategy & Operations team.
- Present Strategic plans to Client
- Maintain & coordinate within various in house departments - Creative & logistics
- Ability to monitor and track on ground activities.
- Taking appointments & fixing meetings with new clients
Candidate Requirements :
Should have good communication skills with an ability to understand the brief
- Should be a good team player & pleasing personality
- Basic knowledge of computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powe-point, MS Outlook
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Relevant Client servicing experience in the event industry / relevant industry for minimum 2 years
