Position : Assistant Manager - Client services
Job Responsibilities :
Relationship Management :
- Manage the front end of our customers for the respective segment/project allocate
- Ensure highest standard of service delivery and quick resolution as per business TATs
- Build & maintain relationships with customers; ensuring constant engagement with assigned database
- Plan WOW moments an execute the same at important stages in customer lifecycle - welcome on board, registration, possession, home loan
- Responsible for customer satisfaction & high service quality standards by constant monitoring & upgrading our services
- Liaise with developer and customers for all letters/documents which needs to be sent to customers at all stages periodically
- Act as an escalation in client meetings for issues raised by them and ensure best business practices as per company standards
Referrals :
- To focus on how to establish presence in market through various mass media communication and reach out to client through direct referral programs and maintain customer database.
- Ability to learn and to work with different teams during various stages at any project level execution
Customer Engagement
- Ensure customer engagement & brand loyalty through well planned events through loyalty product activation
Must have :
- Minimum 3 to 6 years knowledge in real estate
- Possesses a positive attitude with good communication and convincing skills
- Patience while coordinating with customers/developers
- Ability to understand the requirement of customers and business.
