Assistant Manager - Client Retention/B2B/Corporate Sales (2-3 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively reaching out to clients and ensure client engagement to be able to renew 100% of own clients.
- Garner additional sales through up sell/cross sell endeavor
- Efficient customer service for existing clients and understanding client needs
- Developing customized client pitch documents
- Ensuring smooth fulfillment of after sales process
- Responding to queries and solve them timely basis
- Coordination with insurance companies for claims settlement
- Help to develop and strengthen institutional mechanisms i.e., referral network, coordinate company outreach events etc.
- Ensure all technology applications of the firm is effectively utilized by the client including mobile app, support email id, centralized number, policy administration tool, risk diagnostic tool etc.
- Ensure all technology tools are always updated with latest information, and coordinate with clients for necessary data collection.
- Work with underwriting team to raise RFQ 90 days before renewal. Anticipate client needs to design and negotiate products relevant to the customer. Leverage prevailing best practices to deliver optimal solution for the client
- Accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any other documentation following company procedures.
- Maintain MIS on key performance indicator
