Reporting to: Manager

Salary: Rs. 15,000 to 20,000 per month (including incentives) based on what candidate deserves

Hours: (8.30 AM to 6.00 PM on week days and 8.30 AM to 1.30 PM on Saturdays)

Location: (Malleshwaram, Bangalore)

Assistant Manager - Client Relations Job Responsibilities:

Assistant Manager - Client Relations to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

She will monitor and manage the routine tasks mentioned below: -

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services

- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

- Collaborate with team to achieve better results

- Bring leads to the company through use of multiple procedures like cold calling, generating enquiries, handling enquiries and other such sales tactics

- Maintain a database which lists their daily work, or at least builds a CRM which helps the company in better converting leads to prospects and prospects to customers

- Build pipeline and break down the pipeline into hot, warm and cold customers

- Primary customer complaints have to be addressed

- Cross sell, Up sell and do relationship management, after sales

- Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets

- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
