Assistant Manager - Client Engagement - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Responsible for servicing existing clients.
- Responsible for preparing proposals for client's presentations and assisting the clients with roadshows.
- Validating that all policy documents and its wordings are in line with the RFP document shared with insurer for procuring their terms and quotes.
- To ensure all policy documents are in order and are reaching the clients within agreed timeframe.
- Renewal tracking and ensuring timely reminders are sent to the clients for premium payment to ensure insurance continuity.
- Providing continuous assistance to our clients with regard to any query related to claims.
- MIS reporting, developing and execution of various business reports.
- Preparation and support for various client engagement campaigns.
- MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook
- Proven Leadership skill traits (elected leader in community, school & college).
- Background of having leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Good networking skills and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
