Assistant Manager - Channel Sales (5-7 yrs)
Department: Customer Interaction
Position: Assistant Manager Channel Sales
Reporting to: Zonal Manager - Customer Interaction
We are looking for an Assistant Manager for Channel Sales who can contact IFAs / NDs/ Banks over the phone and meet in person to establish and maintain a strong relationship with them.
Also, to acquire new IFAs / NDs/ Banks by introducing our products
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Acquisition & On boarding of new IFA/ND/Banks
2. Manage Existing Relationships & generate revenue
3. Highly motivated individual who can drive sales independently
4. Marketing Collaboration with Distributors to increase Quantum's mindshare
5. Increase visibility of Quantum Mutual Fund through Various activities
6. Activation of Non Active Distributors
7. Conduct Investor Awareness Programs for Distributors
8. Coordinate with other stake holders for smooth functioning of business
Skill Set & Personality Traits:
a) Excellent communication and presentation skills
b) Passion to talk and convert into a sale
c) Willingness to learn
d) Ethical Nature
e) Goal-oriented
f) Should speak English & Hindi, Knowledge of other regional language is added advantage.
Experience: 5 - 7 years - Minimum, should have handled the IFAs and NDs in Financial Services for a minimum period of 3 years.
Qualifications: Graduate & NISM Certification is mandatory
