Job Description:
- Responsible for booking retrofit business from allocated separate location through AMC customers and tender route by preparation, submission, negotiation and finalization of offer submitted to the customer as per SOP.
- Responsible for collecting advance payment as per terms of payment.
- Good in Heat Load and BOQ estimations, costing.
- Knowledge of HVAC all products : Chillers, VRF, Ductable, Package, DX System, VAM, AHU, Cooling towers, HRW.
- Desirable : chiller sales background and Estimation and costing of low side works.
