Assistant Manager - CASA Vertical - Banking (1-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of our Current Account and Savings Account services.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain CASA deposits.
- Support and guide our team to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Experience in banking, preferably with knowledge of CASA products.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
