Assistant Manager - CASA Sales - BFSI (1-4 yrs)
We're seeking a CASA Sales Officer to help us grow our customer base for Current and Savings Accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Acquisition : Find and attract new customers through networking and referrals.
- Relationship Building : Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
- Cross-Selling : Promote other banking products like Fixed Deposits and Insurance to enhance customer relationships.
- Achieve Targets : Meet monthly goals for CASA acquisition and cross-selling.
Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience : Previous sales experience, ideally in banking or financial services.
- Skills : Good communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work towards targets.
- Knowledge : Basic understanding of banking products and services.
