Achievement of Persistency target
- Responsible for driving the Zone/Zones & Regions for ensuring month on month target is met
- Customer Meet in branches for ensuring collection
- Customer visits where required
- Joint calls with Sales for collection
- Ensure Persistency is driven from the Region/Zone. Joint visits with BUH/GH for the same
- Daily Follow up with sales for expected collection for the day and results there on
- Ensure Mandate attachment wherever it is not registered
- Ensure timely collection and submission of DGH for reinstatement
- Ensure presence in review meetings of NH/BUH/GH
- Ensure timely & accurate reporting to NH/BUH & HO Persistency team. Sharing of MIS and other related information and communication
- Ensure Contactibility of customers either through updation/addition of new contact details of the customer through the bank or through visits at the customer's residence by Persistency BDM or sales BDM
Ideal Candidate :
- 4+ years in the experience with a minimum of 1+ years into Business Retention/ Persistency Department
- Graduation is a must
