Assistant Manager - Business Development - Travel Package (3-8 yrs)
Applicants with 3+ yrs of Experience in the Leisure Travel Business, with Experience in Operations and Sales of FIT / GIT & MICE Responsible to grow the business by creating a region wise strategy for Sales Experience, Customer Acquisition, retention & Customer Loyalty.
2. Responsible to drive & achieve targets across territory and ensure the same is achieved through the Franchisee Managers & Area Sales Managers.
3. Ensure that the set weekly / monthly / Qtrly / yearly targets for the region are achieved.
4. Monitor the Franchisee performance through regular visits and guide & support them to improve their performance from time to time
