Position- Asst. Manager- BD (Strategic Alliances)
What kind of work will AM- BD be involved in?
As a Member of Strategic Alliances Team, you will be primarily responsible for entering into strategic tie-ups with Banks and Insurance Companies and NBFCs for providing them a variety of services including lead generation, deal sourcing etc.
The role includes:
1. Responsible for developing and executing the strategic alliances with leading corporates in BFSI space.
3. Identify partnership opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in industry.
4. Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting.
5. Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with Prospects.
6. Maintaining relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
7. Close new business consistently at or above quota level.
8. Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan and document and distribute competitive information.
9. Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams.
10. Manage Key Accounts and up-selling and cross-selling to clients.
Ideal Candidate:
- People who have 1- 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales
- Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership, demonstrating the ability to function independently, and comfortable working in large multi-cultural teams.
- Articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multi-task.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.
- Must be willing to travel extensively
- Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment
- Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
- Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
