Assistant Manager - Business Development/Sales - BFSI (3-6 yrs)
One of our client is looking for Assistant manager for Business development profile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management -Taking care of existing business for some of the existing accounts and to build cross sell opportunity from them.
- New Client Acquisition - The incumbent should have proven experience in development and maturing new leads and culminate them into profitable business.
- Cross functional team coordination : The incumbent is expected to coordinate with various delivery teams internally during pre sales stage in order to satisfy clients needs and build the trust required to close the deal.
- The person should possess very good communication skills and some degree of business analysis skills.
- Meet targets and KPIs- The person is expected to plan and manage his/her key accounts in order to generate and lead management activity in order to achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
Qualifications/Experience Required :
Minimum: Full time graduation degree from a recognised university in India. MBA in Marketing/Finance will be an added advantage.
Experience 3-6 years total experience with at least 2 years in relevant industry.
NCFM Certification (good to have but not mandatory)
Key Skills Required:
Domain Knowledge in Mutual Funds, Insurance, Wealth Management, Financial Research & Software. New Business Development, Key Account Management
