Desired Skills and Experience :
1. 2-4 years of sales experience in SaaS or in a B2B setup.
2. Experience in the payment industry would be an advantage.
3. Can communicate effectively and persuasively to a high volume of people in a day
4. Self-motivated and result-oriented personality.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with merchants.
6. Should know how to use basic sales tools
7. MBA from tier 2 & 3 institutes would be an advantage.
Role :
1. Achieve sales targets consistently.
2. Keep an eye on various competition solutions/products being offered.
3. Get more insights from merchants and understand their pain points(Be it SR's, dashboards etc).
4. Maintain a healthy pipeline by identifying potential merchants
5. Escalate effectively and immediately, when faced with internal blockers.
6. Strong communication skills, oral & written.
7. Proven experience in merchant-facing roles.
8. Understand products and various solutions
9. Own the end-to-end sales cycle : advance sales opportunities from qualified leads to closed revenue.
10. Maintain a comprehensive record of sales actions within the CRM system
11. Work cross-functionally to ensure merchant service and improve sell-side opportunities
12. Excellent communication and presentation skills
