Assistant Manager - Business Development - Renewal Business (3-8 yrs)
Position : BD ( Surveillance/Renewal business Team
Location : Mumbai & Hyderabad/Bangalore
Minimum Qualification : Post Graduate / Graduate
Prior Experience : 3-8 years
Job Description:
This job offers an opportunity to work with veterans from the industry and be part of the Surveillance team, with a unique experience to develop an understanding of the credit rating industry and gain insight into the overall financial sector which forms a key part of our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Targeting & meeting with LCGs explaining to them about our credit rating services
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Connect with bankers for feedback on rated clients
- Updating information on companies internal workflows/systems
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- MIS creation & regular updation
Requirements :
- Candidates with prior experience in banking, debt collection, insurance, client servicing will be preferred
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Good MS Office Excel skills
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
