Assistant Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Services (1-3 yrs)
- Talent Monitor is a leading executive search and recruitment firm with close to a decade of experience hiring for mid to board level positions across industries and functions.
- We are a preferred full time recruitment service provider to companies/startups in Tech, Software, Financial Services, Education and Consumer industries.
- We are currently looking to hire an Assistant Manager within our BD function to further develop our clientele and manage key accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
Research :
1. Build a database of startups that have been recently funded and/or the startups that are aggressively expanding
2. Build a database of large technology companies that are building teams for expansion
3. Find the relevant HR/talent acquisition head and/or the co-founder/CEO to pitch our contingency services to them
Lead Generation :
1. Cold-call/Email them to connect and understand their hiring requirements
2. Send our proposal and explain our value proposition
3. Discuss and negotiate commercials with the prospective leads
4. Close discussions and get job specifications
Account Management :
1. Connect with client periodically to inquire for further hiring needs
2. Maintain highest levels of transparency by sharing market feedback and talent insights periodically
3. Ensure unparalleled client satisfaction
Key Requirements :
1) Fire in the belly : we are looking for individuals who have the hunger to succeed in B2B/Enterprise sales, those who are not put off by hurdles or obstacles
2) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
3) 1-3 years of experience doing Business Development/B2B/Corporate Sales, preferably in a service environment
4) An existing network within the HR fraternity would be a great plus
