Assistant Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Services (1-3 yrs)
Talent Monitor is an executive search and recruitment firm. We have close to a decade of experience working with startups and large corporates across Technology, IT/ITeS, Consumer, Industrial and Financial Services in hiring top talent across mid to leadership/board level roles.
We are currently looking for Assistant Manager Business Development to further develop our clientele.
Key responsibilities :
Market Research :
1. Build a database of startups that have been recently funded and/or the startups that are aggressively expanding
2. Build a database of large technology, consumer and financial services companies that are building teams for expansion
3. Find the relevant HR/talent acquisition head and/or the co-founder/CEO to pitch our contingency services to them
Lead Generation :
1. Cold-call/Email them to connect and understand their hiring requirements
2. Send our proposal and explain our value proposition to prospective clients
3. Negotiate commercials and get their hiring requirements along with the job specifications
Account Management :
1. Ensure highest levels of client satisfaction by communicating with the clients regularly and sharing their feedback with the Talent Monitor team
2. Get repeat mandates/roles/positions from the existing clients
3. Share market feedback and talent insights with the clients so as to enable them to take best decisions
Key Requirements :
- Fire in the belly : we are looking for enthusiastic folks who are not pulled down by obstacles, someone who has the hunger to succeed in corporate/enterprise sales
- Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfort in cold emailing/calling is required
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise/Corporate Sales, preferably in a Service environment
- Fun to work with: we believe in working smart, working hard but not taking life too seriously!
