Assistant Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (3-7 yrs)
1. Expand and enhance business relationship with customers and contribute to enhanced sales performance, profitability, customer satisfaction and market share.
2. To meet or exceed personal gross profit and share of market objectives on an ongoing basis through new business development and key account identification for the Non - IT staffing.
3. Negotiate major supplier status with new accounts. Develop strategic initiatives to achieve and exceed objectives for these new accounts.
4. Communicate terms and conditions, servicing issues and pricing structures related to key customers and other contractual obligations, to the branches as well as to internal departments (i.e. finance) at the commencement of the contract.
5. Build and maintain relationships with customers at a level. Identify/develop new accounts within the major clients.
6. New client's development and ensuring reoccurring business by constantly been in touch.
7. Acquisition of key accounts & Account Management.
8. Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers for business development.
9. Identifying prospective clients from various sectors thereby achieving business targets.
10. Managing customer service operations, ensuring customer delight by achieving delivery & quality service quality in the shortest possible time.
11. Coordinating with back-end operation team to provide the services as per customer's satisfaction.
12. Generating leads for new business by running promotional mailers, cold calling etc
13. Follow Sales Processes of Persolkelly Services
14. Lead generation, planning and hosting events and closures.
15. Understand and communicate to businesses key industry trends. Proactively develop new account and industry strategies around this data.
