Assistant Manager - Business Development - Protective Coating Products (5-11 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization, generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone, Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
- Get the products approved from key customers and consultants
- Draw up client contracts - depending on the size of the company
- Train members of team.
- Decide promotional strategy and activities for company product on digital marketing platform.
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
- Plan, arrange & conducts sales campaigns, seminars.
- Create a sales pipeline
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis
- Develop & increase the business sales and marketing strategy.
- Key requirements : Exposure to Industrial Protective Coating products.
- Should have good communication skills. Computer proficient. Must have his own vehicle. Proficient in local languages, Digital marketing expertise will be preferred.
- Personal Characteristics : Self driven, good interpersonal skills, Time Management, smart communication, analytical ability & team building ability.
- Capable of smart working.
