Position: Assistant Manager - Business Development

Job location: Gurgaon/Bengaluru

Role & Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, meeting clients, and closing deals.

- Supported presenting the company profile, products, and services to potential clients.

- Build and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers and senior management to understand clients' unique business needs.

- Conduct market research to support the sales strategy.

- Contribute to the growth and direction of the sales team through collaboration and idea-sharing.

- Assist in direct marketing efforts, including mailings, tele-sales, and online campaigns.

- Perform target searches using databases and other sources to identify new business opportunities.

- Work closely with clients and prospective clients through various communication media, including face-to-face meetings.

- Focus on driving new business in the assigned regions (Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad).

Required Expertise:

- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is a plus) with a strong academic background.

- 3-6 years of experience in Inside Sales or a similar B2B process, with a proven track record in generating new business (experience in selling SOS is a plus, but not mandatory).

- Knowledge of related industries is an advantage, along with a background in technology.

- Analytical, commercial, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other language skills are an advantage).

- Strong presentation skills.

- Self-starter with attention to detail, comfortable working with ambiguity.

- Energetic, proactive, and able to manage challenges and setbacks effectively.

- A passion for business and keen interest in contributing to the growth of the company.

- Experience working in small teams and thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

- A collaborative team player with a "make things happen" attitude.
