Assistant Manager - Business Development - Hospitality (2-10 yrs)

Position : Assistant Manager - Business Development (HOSPITALITY)
Location : Chennai/Mumbai/Bangalore
Number of positions open : Multiple
(CTC : Upto 4 LPA)
Role Description :
- Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the properties.
- Clear understanding of the business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
- Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
- Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to property by corporate clients.
- Collection of revenue generated
- Owning the entire sales cycle of assigned clients.
- The incumbent will be required to achieve the assigned sales targets.
- Should be well acquainted with the admin/SPOCs of various corporates in the local area.
Educational Background :
- 3 year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related or major.
Work Experience :
- 2+ Years of Experience in Hospitality Industry (Experience in telecom and insurance industries can also be considered)
Skills Required :
- Proven success in a similar role and environment towards your customers and colleagues.
- Pride and attention to detail.
- Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.
- Good analytical skills
