Assistant Manager - Business Development - HORECA - FMCG (3-10 yrs)
Our client is an upcoming & rapidly growing brand of granola & snack bars. They offer a range of breakfast cereals like Granola, Muesli and Oatmeal in addition to a range of Snack (Cereal) Bars that are great not just for breakfast but for all day snacking too. Founded in Jan 2017, the company has been able to generate external funding too & set up their office & factory in Noida with a now strength of 20 employees. Several premium airlines, hotels, e-tailers have appreciated their products and included them in their breakfast menu as well as incorporated the snack bars in their mini bars. In pursuit to expand their reach in NCR, they are adding more sales professionals to develop business. To be based at their HO at NOIDA, the current open role of Assistant Manager-Business Development - HORECA (AM-BD Horeca) will be as follows.
Job Purpose: To set & achieve sales targets by making effective sales presentations to institutional clients to maintain high standards of service quality and attract and convert prospects into members. The operational area will be primarily Delhi/NCR & will report to the MD of the company.
Job Responsibility:
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Identify potential customers and new business opportunities within and outside the venue.
- Prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
- Make powerful sales presentations resulting in conversions
- Handle objections and resolving customer queries
- Closing the deal, timely collection, generate repeat & referral business.
- Maintain strong client relationship and high level of customer service.
- Keep abreast with the organization's products and services.
- Keep abreast with the industry's (clients & competitors) info.
- Maintain consistent average productivity.
