Assistant Manager - Business Development - Healthcare/Recruitment (2-4 yrs)
What you'll do :
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to meeting and closing.
- Must present the clients with the company profile, company products, and other services.
- Establish a professional working relationship with decision-makers and Senior Management to develop a core understanding of the client's unique business needs.
- Perform market research.
- Be a key player and contributor to the direction of this growing sales team.
- Undertake direct marketing from mailings, and telesales to the web.
- Conduct target searches using databases and other sources. The role requires significant interaction with clients/prospective clients, which may be face-to-face or using other communications media.
- Client-focused, proactive, and innovative sales professionals who bring a strong sales track record of exceeding targets in generating new business in defined areas (Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad) - Develop sales strategy for assigned area and verticals that execute against a high-revenue growth imperative and increased profitability
- Managing the whole P&L for your allocated area
Key performance metrics for this role include :
- Performance to closed deals and revenue target
- Target-based personal performance
- Pipeline quality and strength
- Effectiveness of multi-level client engagement
- Adoption by clients of new products and systems
- Individual contributor role
Required expertise :
- Master's/Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record
- 2+ years proven track record of Inside sales experience in a B2B process, with demonstrated success selling SOS (Preferred by not mandatory)
- Prior experience with the healthcare industry and recruitment a big value add
- Related industry knowledge is an advantage along with a technology-savvy background.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other language skills may be an advantage), good presentation skills
