Assistant Manager - Business Development - Facility Management (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for business development in entire Region.
2. Getting new Housekeeping & Catering contracts of industrial & institutional, commercial sites. Also to introduce new verticals of business.
3. Lead the team of BD in the region as Manager.
4. Preparation and planning for appointment prior to the meeting
5. Introduction meeting with the potential customers and understanding their requirements related to facility services.
6. Working on inquiries on priority and arranging to conduct a survey with the operation (if required).
7. Preparation and submission of proposal as per the survey details
8. Follow up and tracking on submitted proposals
9. Submission of DAR and Business Reports/Prospects/Monthly reports.
10. Acquiring new profitable business and achieving set targets
11. Keeping relationship with existing clients to get new business leads
12. Generating leads through cold calls/references/existing clients/sister concern company i.e. EFL
