Assistant Manager - Business Development - eCommerce (0-5 yrs)
Job brief :
We need efficient Business Developers who would Interact with Individual Clients, Organizations and have the ability to build relationships with customers. Candidate should be able to identify new clients and add to the existing database of the company. Prior experience in Business Development in e-Commerce, Payment Gateways or Banking Sectors would be a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Pro-active sales activities to convert suspects into prospects and follow up to lead to a proposal and business closure
- Manage proposal pricing negotiations and process closure in a timely manner
- Identify new opportunities to generate revenue with the clients
- Customer sales pursuit: Develop customer sponsors; identify influencers and decision makers: create and present solution proposals
- Developing new business relationships and generating new income to agreed targets
- Lead generation and appointment setting
- Generating leads by market investigation and cold calling
- A thorough understanding of clients objectives including their Return On Investment (ROI) objectives
- Responsible for sourcing and managing luxury brand partnerships
- Establish strong professional relationships with brands to achieve sustainable business advantage
Preferred :
- 1-2 years experience in e-commerce, Payment Gateway or banking.
