Assistant Manager - Business Development - Clinical Research Service Provider (3-7 yrs)

My client is a premier institution of CR education in the clinical research domain.My client delivers Full time, Part time and e- learning training in Clinical research education.
1. Locates or proposes potential business development by contacting potential associates; discovering and exploring opportunities.
2. Develop effective working relationships with students through regular meetings and helping them to plan their career. Identify and obtain business development opportunities.
3. Manage accounts and meet or exceed expectation relating to company growth, profit margin, employee retention and company acquisition.
4. To handle business development across India and provide product demos either in a face-to-face meeting with a client or over Video / Voice Calls. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract.
5. Through satisfying the needs of our customers and operating policies and procedures, to ensure all client and company objectives are met and to achieve financial targets
6. Reporting directly to a General Manager and in their absence the Operations Manager
7. Liaise closely with other Heads of Department, Support Services and Head Office
8. Close liaison with clients
10. Responsible for the management, training and development
11. To effectively communicate policies and procedures
12. To ensure through effective communication, that all employees consistently demonstrate an excellent level of customer care and product knowledge
13. To establish a committed and motivated team
14. To ensure recruitment, induction, training, promotion, performance management, development and discipline of all employees
15. Optimum performance of all employees to be achieved through accordance with company employment and equal opportunities policies
