Assistant Manager - Business Development & Client Relations (3-4 yrs)
Marketing Support:
1. Update Existing collaterals/ presentations on defined frequencies
2. Updating monthly databases
3. Providing distributors with monthly updates in required format
4. Preparing new/customized collaterals reports for external/ internal stakeholders
5. Preparation of Competitive Analysis Report - PMS, MF
6. Digital Marketing tool - Required to run digital email campaigns
Sales Support :
1. Required to generate reports from Multi-Act system - Wealth Spectrum & In-house systems
2. Co-ordination of Calls/ Meetings with Prospects/ clients & concerned teams (Fund Managers or Research)
3. CRM Tool - Able to effectively use and manage the CRM Tool
Database Management :
1. Sales Database: Leads, Prospects & Clients through CRM
2. Marketing Database: Collaterals Management
Preparation of Reports :
1. Assisting in preparation of reports: Board Presentations, MIS Report, Client Reports
Requirements :
- Minimum qualification: Graduate from premier college
- Preferred Experience of 3-4 years in financial markets
- At least possess Basic Knowledge of stock market
- Good English Communication skills
- Possess Basic Microsoft knowledge
- Keen Interest to continuously learn about stocks, asset allocations, economy
- Eager to upgrade & grow
- Action Oriented
