Assistant Manager - Business Development - Chemical (8-12 yrs)
Helping the Indian Co on non-commercial terms & Conditions
- Development of new Customers
- Leverage his existing relationships to bring leads for new products
- Establish new contacts and generate relationships with global Innovator Pharma Agrochemical /Speciality Chemical companies
- Assist in creating organization image, business avenues and commercial proposition with global Innovator companies
- Identification of new products for the Business for commercialization
- Work closely with global Innovator companies to understand their existing/upcoming products and where Co can participate
- Establish links of Co products that find application in customers product
- Establish basis for getting into short/ long term contracts with customers
- Delivery to customers, related to New Products/ Processes development
- Generate solutions to meet customers needs while coordinating with Internal Team like R&D, Pilot Plant
- Coordinate with the Plant Team for first commercial supplies to customers to meet their requirements
- Coordinate the development/ generation of new packaging, labels, statutory documents, logistics solutions, etc. for new products
- Product Delivery to existing Customers
- Carry out marketing activities for delivering products and services to the customers
- Create grounds for getting into long term contracts with strategic customers
- Generating customer wise & product wise strategies for business expansion
- Achieve budgeted Sales and Profitability
- Carry out marketing activities for achieving budgeted targets
- Work towards meeting Sales & Profitability milestones
- Customer Satisfaction
- Generate proactive response and plan on customers needs
- Statutory Compliances
- Work proactively on statutory requirements and compliance thereof
- Nature of Experience
- Business Development and Marketing of Pharma/ Agrochemical / Speciality Chemical to European and/or US companies and should possess a good understanding of these markets.
- Incumbent should have strong relationships with global innovator companies.
