Assistant Manager - Business Development - BPO (3-7 yrs)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development professionals with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in utilizing the LinkedIn platform to identify and connect with senior executives, CEOs, and Business Heads of potential clients. Your primary focus will be on driving new business opportunities through proactive outreach, strategic networking, and establishing valuable relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Leverage LinkedIn as a primary tool to identify, target, and engage senior executives, CEOs, and Business Heads of organizations for new business development.
- Develop and implement strategic outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients, build rapport, and present our services.
- Proactively engage in "gate crashing" strategies to secure meetings with key decision-makers by leveraging your communication skills and LinkedIn connections.
- Conduct thorough research on target companies, industries, and key stakeholders to tailor communication and value propositions effectively.
- Initiate and manage conversations through messaging, InMails, and other LinkedIn communication channels.
- Build and maintain a strong LinkedIn network to expand industry connections and foster relationships.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and target potential clients.
- Provide regular updates on outreach efforts, progress, and results to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to drive informed conversations.
- Continuously improve and refine outreach strategies based on feedback and results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a focus on LinkedIn outreach.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage senior-level professionals.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn features, functionalities, and networking best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM tools, and LinkedIn analytics.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Adept at researching and identifying potential clients, industries, and market trends.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management is a plus.
