Role : Assistant Manager
Department : Sales, Business Development

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, prospect & generate the potential sales opportunities of our Services offerings (Inventory/Fixed Assets Audits, Mystery Shopping and Process Audits) in the Large Enterprises segment, Brands and achieve the sales revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently track progress.
- Create/maintain excellent relationships with potential customers at CXO, CFO, Finance Head level officers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations team to deliver high-quality services and support the Ops team in aligning the audit reports.
- Prepare sales proposals, demonstrations and closing deals with customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to close, including forecasting and reporting.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction to drive repeat business
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for business reviews.
Key Qualifications & Skills :
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- 2+ year of experience in the B2B/Enterprise domain.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
