Assistant Manager - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
Position: Business Development ( Assistant Manager)
Role & Responsiblity :
- Business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience in membership sales and managing key accounts is highly desirable
- Knowledge of the barter industry or experience with barter trade is a plus
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required
