Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Handling Walkin Clients in branch
2. Maintaining Good Relationship with colleagues for prospecting
3. After sales service
4. Documentation of clients
5. Generating leads through reference
6. Managing the Life insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.
7. Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.
8. Follow up with Operations and Training the Lead Generators of Banks.
9. To build mutually beneficial relationships with banks and help in the acquisition of clients.
10. Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.
11. Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.
12. Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverables and company values.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Any Graduate
2. Any Sales Insurance Candidate can apply
3. Minimum 1 Years of experience required
4. Banca experience preferred
