Working Days : 6 days (Mon-Sat)
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and ARPU targets.
- Prepare and submit annual sales plan and budget covering bandwidth, geographic spread, sales manpower, and revenues.
- Provide feedback on market response to new product launches.
- Implement approved sales promotion schemes.
- Conduct weekly reviews of sales team and accompany them on 10% of enquiries.
- Design and submit MIS format for tracking and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and policies.
- Educate and train the team on company vision, values, processes, and policies.
- Conduct sales trainings to improve functional and non-functional skills.
