We have an opening as a Assistant Manager-B2B sales for one of the leading FMCG company.

Job Description :
- Sales & Infrastructure - Ensure achievement of sales targets in the assigned geography.
Manage Channel Partners to ensure
a) Implementation of systems & policies.
b) Adequate infrastructure & continuous servicing to Trade.
- Managing Key Accounts - Joint Business plan (JBP) with Key accounts, Business Planning & review, Operational Alignment, Activation planning.
- Activations - Activate & Grow New Selling spaces, New Business Tie up every month with specific inputs for specific segments. Plan and drive activities like Customer loyalty Program.
- New product launch plans - Conceptualizing the GTM strategy for the region by targeting the right mix of Sub-channel so as to expand product portfolio.
- Analyzing leading & lagging indicators - Analyzing trends in key indicators like Coverage, LPB (Lines per Bill), Productivity & thereby coming up with action points on specific indicators
- Training & Recruitment - Periodically train TSI, RSA's & recruits Sales Interns, supervising activities for specific channels. Organize periodic training and monitor efficiency of the work done by the team.
