Assistant Manager - After Sales - Steel (6-10 yrs)
Department :- Industrial After Market
Sales
- Ensure meeting sales targets in southern India through existing Key Accounts in MRO (Steel) and strategically develop new accounts.
- To be a Key account manager for major customers in the assigned territory.
- Handle commercial negotiations with the customers, timely scheduling and material planning & Coordination with the internal peers team.
- Strategically identify new applications in existing customers and new customers in the assigned territory.
- Provide customer support for technical queries and quality issues
- Handle distributors for the given sector.
- Develop distributor segment business with more customer focus.
- Ensure regular communication and reporting on sales revenue, pricing, forecast, etc.
- Keep abreast with latest updates, Sales market need for MRO (Steel) business and give necessary feedback team members and provide inputs to the management.
- Providing support to customers through pre-sales phase and provide material, evaluation of product, demonstration, presentations, and quotes.
- Analyzes and provide the sales forecast and budget to the management.
- Register LOI and Agreement for every new customers.
- Ensure that the payment collection / other receivables are been collected on time for the region.
- Department coordination
- Interaction and Coordination with multiple departments for Smooth operations of Sales activities of the region (Eg : Interact with the SCM for samples, despatches, interact with technical team for new anken, etc)
Disputes/ Issues
- Resolve issues (Quality, Supply, rejection, invoicing, etc) then and there and ensure the same is not repeated
- Bring the issues to management notice and provide them inputs
MIS
- Sending the weekly, monthly and yearly reports to the management on need basis
- Adhere to all the quality process eg: J-SOX, Internal control and etc
- Provide MOM to management
