- Formulation of sales strategies for Revenue and Collection Targets

- Follow up for payments on the basis of debt analysis in various customer accounts
- New Sales - Plan and monitor for the new sales as per plan

Distribution Network / Management
- Distributor Management and Development
- Recommending appointment of Distributors and monitoring their performance
- Planning and monitoring the Distributor infrastructure development
