Assistant Manager - Account Management - Architecture/Interior Design Firm (0-1 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing strategic accounts and build relationships to drive agreed business growth and turnover.
- Retention of sellers
- Increasing Paid GMV volumes with portfolio sellers.
- Improve branding & promotions according to the seasonality.
- Track & review Client Data, reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- The AM has to understand each part of the business and should be able to communicate effectively to create non linear growth .
- Liaise with potential marketplaces for onboarding as a strategic partner
- Identification of marketing opportunities on eBay global sites.
- Responsible for working with partner to maintain inventory for all SKUs
- The AM will work with logistics & seller partners to ensure shipping/handling time and customer service level KPIs are met.
- Analyze partners in terms of development potential, profitability, sales revenues and develop and implement the necessary plans of action.
- Gather cross-functional inputs, in order to determine company-wide opportunity values .Partner onboarding across various geographies.
