Assistant Hub Manager - Customer Service - Hospitality (1-2 yrs)
We are looking for young, dynamic, self-motivated Front Office professionals who want to move to strive for excellence and growth.
As an Asst. Hub Manager you are responsible to provide :
- Professional and customer focused service to our clients, ensuring their experience will be a memorable one.
- One should be able to identify the needs and requirements of the clients and find innovative ways to provide excellent solutions which would have a long term impact on their relationship with us.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all clients, to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service at all times.
- Ensure guests are personally greeted by name if known to make them feel expected and welcomed every time they visit a hub.
- Conduct hub familiarization tours and assist clients in enquiries / requests.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions and any allied information to respond to client queries.
- Accurately process invoicing and inventory management when Hub Manager/ Asst Hub Manager is not available.
- Process accounts from check-in to check-out, ensuring accurate postings of all incidental charges using computerized Front Office systems.
- Maintain the privacy and security of all client details and belongings when in the hub.
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of the organizational policies, procedures, and culture.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing and Operations team to drive customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate exceptional managerial skills and decision making abilities.
Skills Required :
- You should ideally have a degree in hospitality/aviation with/without previous experiences in the Front Office Department within a hotel or as Flight Crew Member.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials.
- Basic computer knowledge would be required.
- The ideal candidate will be customer driven and an extremely proactive with a - switched on- personality and an approachable personality. You should be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and be a great team player, who thrives in working with a multi-cultural team and clients alike.
