Assistant General Manager - Warehousing Transactions/Real Estate Sales (4-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Role & Responsibilities for Asisstant General Manager for Warehousing Transactions:
- Execute Industrial & Logistics transactions such as land sale or lease, Industrial/warehousing building/shed sale or lease, Built-to-suit sale or lease.
- Business Development, Relationship building, networking with Clients, Developers, Law firms & technical consultants.
- CRM & Key Account Management.
- Concurrently act as landlord/developer/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent and effectively negotiate business terms & conditions.
- Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Prepare information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical, market intelligence, and seek inputs from solicitors, legal consultants & Government bodies.
- Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase.
