Role & Responsibilities
- Speaking to Nova's prospective clients.
- Understanding their unique requirements.
- Explaining and sharpening Nova's value-proposition.
- Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings.
- Manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own.
- Present Nova Benefits to CXOs & senior executives in client meetings.
- Communicate constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve the quality of the sale pipeline.
- Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process.
- Proactively source new leads and new business opportunities.

Very Strong B2B Insurance Sales Profiles
Mandatory (Experience 1) - 3+ YOE in B2B Insurance Sales to Large / Mid-Sized Corporates
Mandatory (Experience 2) - Experience in dealing with CXOs and Leadership teams (Read CV in detail)
Mandatory (Experience 3) - Experience in insurance products : GMC (Group medical Cover), GTL (Group Term Life Insurance) and GPA (Group Personal Accident Coverage)
Mandatory (Company) - Top Insurance Companies or Funded Insurance-Tech Startups (Policy Bazaar, Coverfox, Acko etc..)
