Job Description
- This position is accountable for working across functional organizational lines and geographies in the expansion of targeted and existing customers in alignment with Regional Commercial Strategy.
Account Development :
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding profitability and account development objectives for a defined list of Strategic Accounts.
- Achieve overall growth and new business targets for assigned accounts
- Achieve value generation objectives for assigned accounts
- Achieve overall customer satisfaction goals for assigned accounts
- Drive a credible sales pipeline measured by size and quality of pipeline opportunities
New Target Customer Acquisition :
- Develop, pursue and secure a list of target customer accounts based on customer criteria and alignment with regional commercial strategy.
- Define and regularly review a list of target customers
- Pursue and secure target opportunities from the defined target customer list
- Coordinate and engagement of sales activities with key stakeholders including local sales, and Regional Leadership and Sales Community
Key Performance Indicators :
- Business Growth Targets for New and Existing Business as agreed measured in:
- Actual New Business (Net Revenue)
- Actual Renewal Business (Net Revenue)
- Secured New Business (annualized Net Revenue)
- Maintained Renewal Business (annualized Net revenue)
Quality of Pipeline measured in :
- Pipeline Value (New Business and Renewal Business)
- Conversion Rate
- Engagement and leadership across different internal stakeholder groups
