Assistant General Manager - Sales - Executive Search Firm (8-15 yrs)
- Do open market sales for HNI clients.
- Manage relationships of an existing portfolio of clients to up-sell and cross-sell different products.
- Acquire new customers through active referrals from clients in existing portfolio and self generated leads and thereafter adds these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross sell.
- Implement client engagement programs with a view to ensure top of mind recall for clients in his/her portfolio.
- Manage service TATs and business compliance as per organizational mandates.
- Expand existing client relationships, improve client satisfaction, strengthen client commitment, ensure client retention and grow revenue
- Attend post result con-calls, meets for improved client servicing.
-Identify customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them membership options.
- Willingness to travel within the city.
- Conduct regular Client Meetings & update the same in the meeting tracker
Requirements:
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Must have good existing HNI/Ultra HNI client relationships in the market.
- Proficiency in building partnerships and client relationship management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and business acumen
- 8 - 15 years in similar role
- MBA/PG in any stream
Report to : DGM / GM - Sales -> Business Head
Applicants from Media (Concept Selling), BFSI ( HNI portfolio management - mostly from Financial services or Investment banking ), Enterprise sales ( targeting CXOs) from BFSI, BNI, IMA, etc. are preferred
