Job Description:-
1) Based at the corporate office and responsible for developing and nurturing channel partner networks.
2) Strategizing sales revenue from Leads generated through Channel Partners.
3) Reviewing and monitoring performance & contribution from Channel Partners to total Sales Revenue.
4) Identifying new Channel Partners, Conducting CP Meets and events to reward and motivate channel partner.
5) Growing the Channel Partner network, establishing healthy relations with CP and providing support in terms of project related information, brokerage queries, etc.
6) Ensuring adequate pipeline of walkins, and leads are generated across all projects.
7) Building and maintaining healthy business relations with customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
8) Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
9) Managing sales & marketing operations, & achieving increased sales growth
