Assistant General Manager - Inside Sales (3-5 yrs)
- An AGM is responsible for hiring and training salesforce, meeting sales targets in his/her team, and delivering month-on-month growth.
- Sales GMs manage 12-14 direct reportees. As profit & loss owners of their sales teams, they achieve targets by analysing data, running operations, and strategizing next steps.
- The AGM is one of the most demanding positions and will report to GM, Sales.
- MBA/PGDM from Tier I Business School and/or B. Tech. from a Tier I college (IITs, BITS, NITs).
- At least 3 years work experience and spent 1 year managing large teams.
