Position : Manager/Sr. Manager Business Development

Reporting to : AVP Sales

Locations : Multiple Locations

Compensation : Best as per industry standard (Fixed + Incentives)

Job purpose : Responsible for the overall New Sales & Business Development for Non IT General Staffing Vertical - FirstMeridian Innovsource.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identify & Create prospects of new clients through lead generation, cold calling, referencing & social media interface for Staffing services (HR Services) for new business generation.

- Frame marketing strategies and sales plans for staffing services to corporate clients and mine existing clients for new business generation and ensure sales targets.

- Manage pricing, deliver corporate presentations, negotiations and ensure timely closures for revenue generation.

- Maintain market & competitor intelligence & map the existing Local Market and Maintain relationship with clients to generate additional volume of business.

- Develop new methods and ways of identifying and generating new leads.

- Ensure follow-ups with prospective clients & Negotiate with Clients for contract sign.

Skill Set :

- Good communication, Presentation & Negotiation skills.

- Aggressive & Proactive in approach.

- Local Market exp. with corporate sales exposure from Staffing Industry.
