Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Sales - Real Estate (12-20 yrs)

Experience : Minimum 12+ years working experience in the field of Real Estate Direct Sales and Customer Service. Work Experience in notable top tier real estate companies will be preferred

Job purpose : This position will assist in achieving sales target, analyzing patterns in consumer and market behavior, and subsequently implement sales strategies for ensuring profitable sales growth for the company. This position will make sure all inventory of the company has been given equal priority for selling and sales are being made as per annual business plan. This position is also responsible for participating in day to day sales activities, participate in negotiation, sales presentation to potential customers and conducting training sessions for sales team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Generate regular new leads for both commercial and residential inventory.

2. Manage and lead the entire end to end sales activities.

3. Achieve individual sales target ensuring earnest money collection.

4. Achieve departmental sales target through implementation of sales strategy.

5. Prepare and maintain self-priority matrix, daily action plans, maintain all communication as per set calendar.

6. Plan, propose and execute possible sales campaign targeting lead generation.

7. Ensure completion of sales agreements after sales and forward customer files to customer service.

8. Focus on both commercial and residential inventory, monitor day to day, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and yearly target achievement.

9. Conduct regular market survey and assist in preparing strategies to overcome every changed circumstances.

10. Ensure sales tools i.e. tabs, brochures, presentation materials, executive bag, laptops, mobile, stationeries etc. are all available as per requirement.

11. Assist departmental Head in inventory management, product and sales planning keeping product handover deadline in mind, forecasting and setting departmental sales target and sales strategy.

12. Assist team members to set target market, define action plan, approach plan, execute plan effectively.

13. Enhancecapabilities of departmental human resources through effective training, maintenance, coaching, counselingand development.

14. Oversee the overall sales operation on a day to day basis, examine, follow-up and feedback for ensuring all systems and procedures are being followed and recommend areas of improvement to instill operational excellence.
