Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Reaching out to corporates and landlords to identify new land deals
- Network and arrange business meetings with potential clients, developers and local landlords
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Offer land parcels to clients based on their requirements
- Assists in the evaluation process and inspection of land under consideration for acquisition
- Put together comparisons for buyers and sellers to consider
- Advise clients on the potential profit margins of investment properties based on market trends and feasibility
- Initiate and manage new acquisition feasibility work and provide market intelligence
- Negotiate contracts so the terms are as per market trends and viable for clients as much as possible (and while consulting with real estate lawyers when necessary)
- Stay updated with real estate markets, trends and best practices
- Network with builders and developers to maintain market awareness
Desired Candidate Profile :
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office(Excel & Power Point)
Work Experience : Minimum 7 years experience in sales profile.
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or in any stream.
